Rivera Struggles
Mariano Rivera, the Yankees successful closer, didn't just blow a save, he gave up back-to-back homeruns for the first time in his career. The most homeruns in 1 season that he let up is 5, which happened in his rookie season.. This season he has already givin up 4. Rivera has been a dynamic closer for the Yankees but he's off to a bad start.
Red Sox make history
Last night against the Indians the Red Sox didn't just blow them out, they made history. In the bottom of the 6th inning the Red Sox went on a rally. They scored 12 runs without recording 1 out. That broke the American League record. The only other time this happened is when the dodgers scored 12 runs against the phillies in the bottom of the 8th in 1953. The Red Sox were down 2-1 when this rally happened and they won 13-3.
Cavaliers victory
The Cleveland Cavaliers won their 6th straight playoff game and is now 6-0. The question is" will they go undefeated in the postseason. They have won every game by and average of about 17 points. With Lebron James getting 25 plus points a game can they lose?
